Hello New digikam-2.6.0 fails to start with "Too many open files" error in console and corresponding system message. It seems that it is this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289330 on FreeBSD. The solution for MAC helps on FreeBSD too. The patch is attached. Thanks -- Ole
