Remove kbuildsycoca4 from xdg-env.sh.
Tests have shown that kbuildsycoca4 adds between 10-15 seconds to the boot
time. kbuildsycoca4 is run from ${KDE4_PREFIX}/bin/startkde so there should be

I've managed to get kdm to work nicely with our grub. See attached for the
patch. This requires a 'special' menu.lst to support selecting next boot OS
and the BootManager option in kdmrc to be set to "GRUB".

kdmrc file, these 'defaults' are not actually adhered to.
