SVN commit 7089 by DragonSA: Remove upstreamed patches.
These changes have been upstreamed by John Tapsell, who has made many more improvements. With the release of 4.6.2 FreeBSD remote monitoring should be fully functional (John fixed a bug that caused KSysGuard to crash when viewing remote Process Controller sensor).
