The master branch is not KF5 based, we branch from master and release that.

Do we really need all these commits in a frozen kdelibs?
Are they bugfixes?
Has someone reviewed them?
It seems at least one of them has caused kde-workspace to stop compiling.
Can you clarify what's the benefit of these set of commits?

rsibreak is in the unmaintained silo, i'd like to bring it back to extragear-
utils (i guess kdeutils is too much for this niche app?).
