I think I found the cause of the problem.
In KDE System Settings->Application Style->Window Decorations->Titlebar Buttons
I enabled the Global Application Menu.
With if I disable it (remove from the titleba

Thanks for the hint but unfortunately adjusting a gamma value and setting color
space is completly different. RBG (0-255) is mostly used with image editing
where full color range is needed and YCBCR (16-235) comes from
