Reproduced this with neon-user-20240502-0718 live on VirtualBox. Insert the ISO
image, start the machine, open Dolphin, press space --> crash.

it looked like the jumping pointer bug may have evolved into the jumping window

The "slow keys" spin box has the same problems by the way. And both of them
don't accept values smaller than 100 ms. That's way too much for defer-type
