By experience, the dlls search path priority under Windows is local application
path first and after system path. This allows to mix different versions of dlls
without conflict.

Oh, the ANGLE was also having the same problem, but apparently if I
deactivate canvas acceleration it stops. Guess the program is a bit heavier
