Shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+2 for example is not possible on a German keyboard,
because Kdenlive saves the shortcut as "@", which is assign to a different key
on the German keyboard.

1. Use the German keyboard layout
2. Try to assign CTRL+SHIFT+2 to a action
3. Check what Keyboard shortcut is actually asigned
