Update: Happened today again and since the window frames were missing too (only

Sorry I've mixed the observed and expected results in Description.

That would be an artifact of it having been built from 1.10 tip rather than a
release tar ball. Going to go ahead and rebuild to 1.10.4 installer now that

It's quite practical. In fact the larger tihe size, the more practical the
Notes widget is. I use a Notes Widget on a panel and if it was any smaller, it
