Yes. I disabled notification sound. I didn't checked that but that would be odd
if watching something I had a notification sound about changing volume with
keyboard shortcut. Volume feedback should not be designed that

@apache, I could not tell you for sure why you do not have the sound feedback
being played. Maybe the notification sound is too low ? Check in the system
settings > Multimedia > Audio Volume > Applications > Notific

@Thomas I don't know what "short _sound_ that is played" you are talking about.
I never heard a short sound regardless the volume feedback option was marked or
unmarked.
