Hi ede,
I have nothing to add before 1.9 release. Just want to use it a bit in
my working environment next week.
If you wait one week from now on, as proposed, I think it is OK.

hey All,
after including Alberto's FeatureInfoTool WMS addition, are there any other
open cunstruction sites? let's say i will wait a week from now on and release
1.9.0 . if still something is amiss i can simply come up with a 1.9.1 quickly.

Ede,
I retrieved the feature info url from the WMSService of each WMS layer,
added to that url the needed parameters (BBox...), and sent the request
over to server.

simply commit your changes. Jukka can then easily test the snapshot.
i am reasonably sure that the WMS Connection caches the auth info, didn't you
reuse the existing infrastructure?

Jukka,
I don't have access to a server requesting authentication, so I can't test
that feature. And, to be honest, I don't believe it's working at the moment!
How would you like to procede? Shall I commit the changes so far so you can
test and fix the issue yourself? Or do you want me to pass you
Hi,
Once you are ready I can test with our server how GetFeatureInfo works through
https and basic authentication.

Edgar,
I know this might be annoying, but I got today a request for adding to the
FeatureInfoTool the capability to display the results from querying WMS
layers. I've already implemented it (very basic: a fourth panel in the
FeatureInfoTool, showing the server response as plain text), but I'd need
hey All,
i am getting warmer to put together OJ 1.9 . has anybody any objections? what

Not as cold as Edmonton... as I'm sure Stefan will quickly learn to

Stefan,
I used to live a couple hours south of Calgary on the US side of the
border. I've been to Calgary and it is a cold place. I hope your move
is successful.

As I am currently quite busy with preparing my move to Calgary, there
will probably no release in January (can't estimate for February too).

Hi,
I wanted to ask about the release status. Are we in a feature freeze? I'm asking
because I'll probably be able to work on some new features (for example a
limited SLD import) soon. If we're in a feature freeze, I'd vote for creating a
branch that's frozen so I can work on the new features in t
