Jukka, I don't have access to a server requesting authentication, so I can't test that feature. And, to be honest, I don't believe it's working at the moment!
How would you like to procede? Shall I commit the changes so far so you can test and fix the issue yourself? Or do you want me to pass you the updated source code so you can have a look before committing? Or maybe you could give me access to a mock wms server with authentication?
