Personally I like an idea to merge the zoom tool, pan tool and feature select
tool into one, so I can zoom/pan and select anytime.
I quickly let the SelectTool to extends from the AbstractZomTool and I get the
mousewheel zooming instantly. Well I need to update two lines of code in the
