There is a topocolour plugin for QGIS but it is not listed for the current QGIS
version so perhaps it does not work at the moment. A manual, source code and

I know OJ has utilities for color theming based on feature attribute
values. Does it have a function to color maps so that adjacent
features don't have the same color? I didn't see anything in the main
or Sextante menus.
