Great analysis, Michaël. Looks like the spatialite component of plugin
will need to do it's own WKB decoding instead of relying on the JTS
WkbReader, at least in part.

Thanks for the bug report.
I had hard time to find it.
It was a stupid "a == b" instead of "a.equals(b)" test on wms version
Should be fixed in r3515
