No idea what the user did, but the change happened in OpenJUMP only (noticed in "Query in all attributes" tool to be precise), in the same time, writing in notepad used the normal fr keyboard. The normal situation could be recovered by switching from fr to en then to fr again from the windows options. Happened several time according to the user. Don't know how to reproduce it though.
