Do you know what is gvSIG license ? Each software has its own license.
For example, OpenJUMP license is GPL but the geometry engine JTS is LGPL.

You can use the Subclipse plug-in for Eclipse to download OpenJUMP's
source code from SVN:
http://subclipse.tigris.org/
You can also import the source code from a downloaded zip file into Eclipse.
I use Eclipse on Windows and Linux to do OpenJUMP programming, so let

This may be caused because the launch script (bat file) you are using
to launch OpenJUMP contains command line arguments that aren't being
passed to OpenJUMP when it is run from Eclipse. You should be able to
configure your Eclipse run command to pass the same parameters that
the BAT file does.
