Hei,
I am also not sure if we should have a replace tool with respect to
editing switched on/off - because there is the tendency to use "replaca
all". Although ArcGIS has replace too, but it also won't work if the
layer is in editing mode. I myself use always "select" and then "auto

we could with low efforts use/adapt Sextante raster functions. So far
Hi Peppe,
Have you tried the "Auto Assign Attribute" tool? It only works on one
layer at a time though.
If that doesn't help, can you explain your use case with an example?

Yes, that's it exactly. There are lots of great tile services out there
- Google (several kinds), Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. And of course best of
all - OpenStreetMap and its derivatives. And there are lots of custom
services as well - here at Refractions we've built several.
The tricky part is
Hi all,
thanks to Larry we have a "Search All Attributes". Do you think it is easy to
modify this tool adding an option to substitute the found values with another
one typed by the user? Something like "Search/Substitute All Attributes".
Or probabily would be better to have this option under "Att

Alberto,
I'm copying this message to Stefan, who heads up the administration
and development of OpenJUMP.
However, I think I can express the OpenJUMP's interest in
collaborating with the AdB-ToolBox development team. It sounds like
you have been doing great work with OpenJUMP, and a couple of our
Hi Alberto,
thanks for the new proposal. We had a contact some days ago about this future
development of Adbtoolbox. I think it is important to share to other OJ people
my opinion about a possible collaboration between AdbToolbox and Openjump

Hi Martin,
So we're talking about accessing existing image tiles on the web using a
URL to georeference them? We have some code that reads Google street map
tiles. I used to do the same thing with the old Terraserver. It wouldn't
be difficult to throw something together.

Hello everyone.
As a member of the team who has been working on AdB-ToolBox in the last
months, I'd like to address a couple of issues regarding its future
developments: internationalization, raster management and platform
independence. By the way, AdB-ToolBox is a piece of software, part of
