as I had now some time already, I modified the tracker groups and
categories. I could not add any new selection menu, so we have to live
with those 2 options.

a proposed "JPP Bazaar". This web site would allow users to post
"bounties" or small payments for bug fixes, other improvements, and
documentation for OpenJUMP.
I believe that such a site may help cultivate a productive environ
