Look at "com/vividsolutions/jump/workbench/driver/"

I recommend you start with Shapefile driver (ShapefileInputDriver.java).

Another interesting improvement will be the option of select and save the
result in a output file. In the same directory you will find a
ShapefileOutputDriver also.
