Your draft lists RFC 4739 (Multiple Authentication Exchanges in the Internet
Key Exchange (IKEv2) Protocol) as a normative reference but doesn't mention it
anywhere in the body. In your presentation I'd like to hear
advantages/disadvantages of your draft vs RFC 4739.

I just incorporated all your feedback except the test vectors in the -09
version

. I will submit it after the cutoff. I am tracking the test
RFC4739 was used in the original version, but no longer needed in current
version, just forgot to remove the reference.
Will explain the reason in my presentation.
