I download the latest ioquake3 files "ioquake3-1.36_SVN1778-17.1.x86_64.exe:" and "ioquake3-1.36_SVN1778-14.1.x86.exe " from here: http://ioquake3.org/files/angst/ after install and run , error ,it need the "libidn-11.dll" file . where get this libidn-11.dll file? and how do it ? my os :windows
