Yes, but the problem is in relating either/both of them to the PHP
bugtracker codebase. Thankfully we have an expert in Jani who has
effectively told us to shut up

Solving commit merge problems through adding some magic "link to bug"
thing in commits sounds so wrong to me..there's so much "fuzziness" involved.

of having 3 separate bug trackers in *.php.net. So now I'm hijacking this
