e new constants are:
CURLOPT_MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE and CURLOPT_MAX_RECV_SPEED_LARGE
So these must also be added to the manual if you are going to
implement this patch.

What is some_module_global? is it a var? did you define it? is it just
a string?
