I'm using php for a year and it's being my favourite language. Also I'm
using some bookkeping languages which is based on php syntax but ';' on the
end of the line is not neccesary on it.
So I can't understand why syntax needs symbol ';' on the end of every line,
if it also ends

I heard that the named_params RFC[1] was mostly done but needed a
big grunt work to check the param names of all the functions in the
standard library. (and change those that aren't good enough)
So I'm interested in taking a look at it to see if I have the skills to
push it forward.
