Why would you want to do this? 4.3.8 is exactly 4.3.7 + all the security
patches. Backporting makes absolutely no sense as you'd be re-creating
4.3.8.

habit than anything else). The problem (as it appears to me) is
sqlite.w32.h not being updated when sqlite is updated.
