Hi,
I have to move users from one virtual domain @olddomain.com to
@newdomain.com
I tried to use renm on top level mailbox but it does not allow me to do
that.
How this could be done? I have only 10 mailboxes to move so I can do it
manually...
Thanks,

What exactly is the error message that you are seeing?

unexpunge doesn't have code for translating mailbox name. It only
uses the internal syntax, the name that you'd find when you run:
ctl_mboxlist -d
So you need to use that syntax, not the syntax that y
I need to clear the \Reserved flag that was set on a mailbox (because

Is it safe to run "ctl_cyrusdb -r" while the server is running, or do
I need to shut down the server first?
If the former, will running "ctl_cyrusdb -r" cause any impact on

David,
I tried various combinations based on your suggestions. The --prefix2
"INBOX." was the most interesting. Instead of userxyz, I ended up with
INBOXxyz. Just a variation on the same problem.

anyone on this list, can u offer some help? PLEASE?!
I checked 'deliver.db' and found no mention of any of my test users
in there. I don't know what that means, almost certainly that the
vacation program failed early enough that it never tried to send or
even record the fact of the user i
Sounds like this inconsistency is a good candidate for a bug report

Settings include "keep a copy in the INBOX, marked as deleted", but no copy
remains in the inbox. Responses get sent okay, but the email gets nuked.
Any hints?
