Hey Jan,
when I switch to PHP 7.3 Horde doesn't show me the left-side folder
structure and also the left-click isn't working. There are no errors
in the console (Chrome an Firefox).
When I go back to 7.0 averytjing works fine again.

At the moment I'm on imp 6.2.22 and Groupware Webmail Edition 5.2.22
as well via pear, not git.
I use a Ubuntu 16.04 with a ppa for the newest php-version.
Maybe Jan has some additional infos.
