I upgrade my server Linux Debian from Squeeze to Wheezy.
Since this upgrade IMP indicates a missing Javascript problem.
I tried this under both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Same problem.
However Javascript is enabled in both browsers.
And indeed IMP was working fine before this Debian upgrade.

I think, I've solved my problem.
Fileinfo was not properly installed.
After fixed that, I'm able to display the import form.
