I upgrade my server Linux Debian from Squeeze to Wheezy.
Since this upgrade IMP indicates a missing Javascript problem.
I tried this under both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Same problem.
However Javascript is enabled in both browsers.
And indeed IMP was working fine before this Debian upgrade.
My Horde installation is (few days before Debian upgrade) updated
to the latest version available.

You probably have stale browser cache or server cache in horde/static/
No, no files in any of the directories horde/static (except the
useless README file).
There is maybe a static content or other, but where ?
