I just plugged in CS4626 Sound Card on my RH7.2 machine (2.4.7-10), and the detection etc went without a problem. However, KDE hangs my Linux box at "bringing up Window Manager". It happens both for root and non-root accounts. After a no of Xconfigurator and "switchdesktop kde", it still results
