the name that prateek and i had come up with was LEAP...Linux in Education
Awareness Program.
thats just one suggestion...lets see what others come up with :)

LEAP sounds good but might conflict with the indian language editor
from CDAC.

thanx for the suggestion, but as prateek pointed out earlier... why should
we restrict ourselves to schools ?
why not just keep the schools project as a first and introductory phase to
something bigger ?
ideas, suggestions, counters and flames solicited.

(LInux For Education) . However the project aims at colleges rather than
schools.
