[Ilugc] setup a local repository for ubuntu

Friends. We have 3 ubuntu 8.04 boxes and no internet connection. But we have the 5 ubuntu repository DVDs got from zyxware.com We need to setup one box as a local repository so that all ubuntu boxes should contact the repository box to get the packages. Could not get a proper link in net. Have
