[icinga-users] How to troubleshoot a satellite issue?

I have an i2master and three satellites. I got the first two added pretty easily. I replicated my procedures for satellite3 but some communication isn't happening. I've checked and double checked but I can't figure out what went wrong here. On satellite3 its not populating /var/lib/icinga2/api/
