[icinga-users] icingaweb2 Announcements

Hello, I would like use the Announcements of Icingaweb2 in our Incidents Process, and I would like push automatically some Announcements. This is one Feature of icingaweb2 and doesnt have anything to do with icinga2 API... some idea how can we create it in remote and not via Web? Regards, Christi

You could use an automated method to write to file on disk [ /etc/icingaweb2/announcements.ini ] . We have multiple web servers and manage the file with puppet. Would be better if the Announcements could be store in the database -- Pascal Larivée iWeb Hello, I would like use the Announcement

These are apply definitions. It's not an object. It only creates notifications objects for each mach of the assign where clause. If the assign where clause does not match there a no notification objects. That's why Antony ask to check with the object list commands: # icinga2 object list -t Not
