Hi Christian,
What you’re looking for is something like a command restriction if I understood
you correctly. You want users to see all hosts and services but only allow
actions on some of them, right? If yes, this is currently not possible but
sounds good for a feature request :)

We use LDAP for the authentication of our icingaweb2. In the
authentication.ini if configured one LDAP group and in this LDAP group are
all developers and admins of the company.
For the Admins, we have configured one Role with the Permissions (Allow

"we have a role concept and there is a branch for privileges but not yet in
the master. You will see that in the next releases."

Does icingaweb2 allow user permissions like icinga2? Not every user needs to
see every system or has to be able to add authentication backends.
Users can login by AD credentials or by localdb (not by both)
