Well I can see some problems here
1 - You are talking about copy VOLUME, are the volumes shared between SYSA and
SYSB?
2 - Any z/OS normally has one Master catalog and many user catalog as you have
products or collection of datasets.
2- Master catalog only can have SYS1 and system dataset is not

you can add one for you
You can use CONVXLAT to create an image to load and normally you can save it
as TCPIP.STANDARD.TCPXLBIN or TCPIP.yourname.TCPXLBIN

I am not sure if can FTP from a tape, I used always dasd.
A better way is use TRSMAIN reading the TAPE (I always use dasd, but TAPE is
similar is a sequential file) and creating a XXX.TRS dataset remain very
small, then you can send to any place PC, SERVER or aonther z/OS using FTP.

You probably need to define an OMVS segment to the TSO userid to use TCPIP
access or USS.
Suppose your TSO userid is USER01, and you are a RACF administrator you can do
below command, if not do the command inside the USER01 if RACF administrator

Hello Rebeca
Normally new Z hardware like z16 need new z/OS releases it is not clear what
you really need, because you can upgrade your z/OS 2.1 to 2.3 or 2.4 in your
current machine and after you upgrade your current hardware to z16.
If the case is to maintain running z/OS 2.1 and z/OS 2.3 an
