The way may depend on your "paranoid level" and authorities you have (assumed it's company managed equipment). 1. For high security start from bitlocker or LUKS for Linux. However it is not required IMHO. Caution: proceed to next step. 2. Download gparted on LiveUSB - a bootable from USB stick.
