I used to be able to FTP my Order from IBMLink to my z/OS system.
This no longer works and I am getting EZA2897I.
My //SYSFTPD has a valid KEYRING.
Which other statements do I need to make this work?

While I may not aware of any documentation for extended format data sets, the
Principles of Operations manual documents zHPF, although it doesn't use the
term. Similarly, the DFSMSdfp Advanced Services manual documents EAV and zHPF
from a software perspective.

should be all that you need.
For EAV, what do you need that is not in Advanced Services or Data Areas?

In order to help customers get to the zOSMF way of doing it, IBM could do a
quick round of calls with its customers to understand how shops most commonly
do it currently.
Then, IBM could do multi-part webinars or a bunch of IBM TechDocs to address
the switching-over concer

week, something strange has happened in their files TWICE.
They are using CICS to add a new vendor to an IMS database. The next
time they try to access the vendor record, the terminal session get

The suggested RFE is that RECFM be allowed so that a job can contain a mix of F
