There are vendor products that allow both physical tape and s3 access (on-prem and cloud). IBM provides a z/OS DFSMSdfp Cloud Data Access (CDA) component which facilitates the process and is used as an IBM supported API in communicating with Cloud Object Storage. Regards, Steve Wong DTS
