Thanks toddnni for correcting up. I was pretty heedless. I didn't pay attention
to all the contents under the end delimiter.

Anyhow, I tried to reproduce the error from this thread. It turned out to be
working fine for me in 3.1.4

The same problem is causing troubles to me also. I use cfengine version 3.1.4.
