It was not meant to be trollish or vague at all. I simply stated the facts as they pertained to me in reply to the poster who asked if I filled a bug report. CFEngine is a fantastic piece of software that ultimately did not fit the bill for us. We moved to Puppet which has mostly met our requirements but is also not without flaws of it's own. This is not an endorsement of one management product over another just a choice we made. I have nothing but admiration and good will towards CFEngine and it's creators, it's a wonderful product with a strong feature set.
