Could it be that the descriptor for the first dimension of the array as read
from the file is $(sys.fqhost) but your lookup is using $(sys.host)?

cftest.yes_tripwire::
"/bin"
changes => detect_filesystem_changes,
depth_search => etc_tripwire_

Do you have the class yes_tripwire defined as well? The whole "/bin" block is
conditioned to it, in addition to the condition to "cftest" from the
"
