Could it be that the descriptor for the first dimension of the array as read from the file is $(sys.fqhost) but your lookup is using $(sys.host)? Does verbose mode show the correct array values when you define these classes (under "Private classes augmented")? (Oh, and I really like the idea of setting classes from a webpage and allowing the clients grab them as needed.
