Wasn't there a big debacle with upgrading from 3.0.5 where the post-install
scriptlet would delete all of the bina

This is a bug. It is not in the change log, and the examples still point the
old way. If I could find the bug

If this was intentional, the following example in the rpm will need to be
updated: /var/cfengine/share/doc

AFAIK, this was intentional. You can use a promise to copy/link them.
