If I run cfagent manually if a change is to be made, I see this:
-> Created file /tmp/config.cf, mode = 600
-> Edited file /tmp/con

It varies a bit based on your policy but generally you'll see actions
from the agent listed in logs of the outputs directory and in syslog.
