Dear CFEngine staff,
May I request an update of the PDF version of the reference manual,
please? It hasn't been updated since 29 June 2011 and is still at
version 3.2.0a.

If you can't updated it, could you please remove it? Out of date or
incorrect information is worse (more dangerous) than no information.
