You'd rather pass a list there, i.e.
copy_from => secure_cp("$(g.repo)/bond_studio/tmpwatch","@(g.phost)")
Lists can't be accessed indirectly,

You could try disabling cpuspeed before taking the measurement, then
re-enabling it... kind of kludgey, but it would work...
