The apps are 100% exactly the same. I just suspect
the index was created by the Clipper version of my
app, but nevertheless 1.0.1 opens it, while 1.1.0
doesn't.
And this is the answer. Header validation is too strong
and recognize this index as corrupted because it sets

It's possible that two applications where using different national
collating. Please be sure that it's not in your code. If your code
is correct then it's possible that I make some mistake when I was
updating CDP internals moving hb_code_page to HB_STACK. In such case
