I don't know which Harbour version he is using or the type of problem.
Maybe it is a missing SHARE support in that dos environment

Windows XP, Vista and Seven the problem persisted and I could not
test on Linux, but apparently the file posted in SVN have some

How can I get a warning or an error if I'm using a function name that
is used in Harbour, with gcc/mingw?
Surely there is a simple parameter of gcc or ld but after a lot of
google I can't find it.

has f.e. a fatal encoding problem in line 69, but also
seemingly some other strings are not encoded in Windows/ISO
